1. Cleaning Services

100% Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with a cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours. We will return to re-clean the specific area(s) at no additional cost.

If you are still not satisfied after the re-clean, we may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.

Refunds are not available for issues reported more than 48 hours after service.

Cancellation fees may apply if appointments are canceled or rescheduled without sufficient notice (see Terms & Conditions).
2. Cleaning Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or an error was made on our part.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

3. Non-Refundable Items & Services

Gift cards, promotional items, and services already completed are non-refundable.

Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless defective.
4. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
