1. Services

  • We provide residential and/or commercial cleaning services as described on our website or agreed upon at booking.

  • Service details, pricing, and availability may change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed rate.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Please provide at least 24-hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • If we are unable to access your property at the scheduled time, we reserve the right to charge for the visit.

3. Payments

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept Apple/Google Pay, Debit/Credit Card, ACH Direct Payments, and Cash.

  • Past-due balances may result in late fees or suspension of services.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Please ensure safe access to the property and disclose any special instructions or hazards.

  • We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions (e.g., loose fixtures, worn carpets, etc.).

  • Valuables and fragile items should be put away prior to cleaning.

5. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours of the appointment.

  • We will return to re-clean the specific area(s) at no additional cost.

  • If you are still not satisfied after the re-clean, we will work with you to make it right, which may include a partial or full refund at our discretion.

  • This guarantee does not cover circumstances beyond our control (e.g., stains or damage that cannot be cleaned due to material limitations, age, or pre-existing conditions).

  • At Stain Ninja®, we stand behind our cleaning products and services with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not completely happy, let us know — we’ll make it right!

6. Liability

  • While we take great care in our work, we are not liable for minor wear and tear, discoloration, or damage caused by improper installation, pre-existing conditions, or manufacturer defects.

  • Our liability, if any, is limited to the cost of the service provided.

7. Website Use

  • All content on our website (text, images, logos, etc.) is the property of Stain Ninja® and may not be copied or reused without permission.

  • We are not responsible for third-party links or content accessed through our website.

8. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
